June 24, 2008, Easter Island, Chile:  This tiny island may be the planet's most remote inhabited land, but it's experiencing a tourist boom.  These giant heads, properly known as Moais, are already being damaged by natural enemies such as wind, humidity and lichen;  this new onslaught of visitors could lead to more damage.    See the complete article here.
